IPAs

$hit Truck – Hazy NE DIPA 7.7% +-

Initially a conversation (argument!) with Siri, while trying to create a SMASH (Single Malt and Single Hop) IPA, featuring “Citra” hops…you can see where the name came from. Living in New England—with lots of springtime manure fertilizing the farms & fields—and knowing we would eventually lose the argument with Siri anyway, we decided to embrace it! This one goes out to all our Farmers out there—our hats off to you! 2 ½ yrs later and the results is an IPA/DIPA with lucious mouthfeel and a plethora of Citra hops (with a “spacy” smidge of something special!) make this a perennial fave! We Love this one and if you like hazy NEIPAs ~ you will too!
